We have been receiving questions about Compass Mastermind that we felt it would best for us to create a Mastermind FAQs page so that people can find answers quickly and easily.
But this will also be an interactive page, where questions that are not featured here can be sent to our attention at firstname.lastname@example.org
1. Who can join The Compass Mastermind Group?
The Compass Mastermind was designed to provide a platform and a congregation point where members are often stretched out of their comfort zones to be honest with themselves and go forth to achieve their greatest potential through facilitation in a supportive environment.
We understand that everyone goes through some form of challenges but lack of a support group or an outlet to gain clarity on what’s holding them back from enjoying success in their lives. Our mission is to help anyone who is willing to be honest with themselves and open up to making incremental changes to experience the changes they desire.
Having said that, more importantly, The Compass Mastermind Group is not for you if:
a. You’re just interested – but not totally committed – to creating success in your life b. You’re not open to new ways of thinking and stretching yourself out of your comfort zone c. You aren’t 100% determined to create a personal breakthrough in your life
2. How many members in each group?
Most groups will have 6 members. The minimum number of participants is 4 and the maximum is 9. This ensures that everyone in the session gets to be heard and participate fruitfully.
3. How is each session conducted?
Our meetings are tuned in from the comforts and privacy of your own home, office or wherever you may be. All you require is your internet connection and a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone.
So there is no traffic jams to beat, no excuses in running late for the meetings and no need for dressing up formally just to attend the sessions.
Over the course of each week, we’ll mastermind over 1-hour sessions. In addition to individual introductions, the first meeting is a session on defining your definite purpose, figuring out what you want your life to look like one year from now and goal setting. The remaining sessions will be planning, reviews and facilitation sessions.
4. What do we do on our weekly calls?
Prior to our weekly online sessions, you will need to score and review your plan and goals.
Our monthly agenda includes celebrating successes, reporting on your progress, brainstorming, support and receiving and giving help amongst your fellow peers and compass mastermind leaders.
While we do have a structure for our calls, the calls are also very flexible. Each member of the group is given “floor time” to seek for help, brainstorm for ideas and responses as well as seek advice.
You’re free to bring up any topic that’s on your mind, as it would benefit all members who attend.
5. How much is the investment to be part of The Compass Mastermind?
Once you’ve chosen your preferred timings and filled in your particulars on the registration page, you’ll be directed to a payment page where you will make a payment of US$70. You can use either PayPal or your credit card. This US$70 is payable every month. An email will be sent to your inbox as a reminder when the due date for renewal is approaching.
6. What other forms of support will I receive?
You will be automatically entered into a closed Facebook group where you get to mingle and participate in discussions and post your queries into this group. You would receive responses from your fellow peers as well as your group leader, which is great as you not only get to receive diversed suggestions but knowing there is a group backing you on your every move, that is priceless!
You may also opt for individual coaching with the group leader. You would need to talk to your individual coaches to work out the arrangements.
7. What about confidentiality?
It goes without saying that confidentiality reigns in The Compass Mastermind. All member will have to sign an individual confidentiality agreement that aims to protect the integrity of this platform, so that you can confident sharing whatever you want because everything stays in the group.
